We are seeking a proactive Engineering Manager to lead and oversee the engineering process relating to Special projects, Engineering Change requests, Configurator upload and maintenance, and Engineering Notice’s in accordance with corporate strategies, objectives and Crown’s best practise. This role is responsible for the planning and scheduling of work in the department, estimating staffing needs, reviewing progress by organising regular department meetings, establishing priorities for completion, resolving conflicts, and ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
