Experience and qualifications • Has 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams (3-8 people) with a proven track record of shipping in high-stakes environments. • Possesses deep domain expertise in numbers-intensive fields like accounting, fintech, or payments, where precision and auditability are non-negotiable. • Demonstrates a builder's instinct, likely having founded a company or project, and maintains the technical depth to lead architectural discussions.
