Engineer - IL JOB ID # JOS2160 Starting base salary: $85-125K Summary We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer to join our rapidly growing Casework and Millwork MFG Company. This Engineer will be responsible for product design & manufacturing of Plastic Laminate Casework, Countertops, Store Fixtures, and related items. Relocation assistance is an option for the right candidate! Responsibilities -Supports Product Management & production staff -Prepare Orders & Review All Cabinet Vision orders prior to production -Review & Analyze use of Raw Materials and Hardware for standard production - Supports Project Management Team, engineering products in the shop drawing process -Become the expert with regards to the Operation, Tooling, and Maintenance of CNC equipment -Support Estimating, help pricing highly customized products, as well as large volume custom products -Customer Service, work with customers to help design a finished product that meets the customers goals Requirements -Highly motivated results oriented Individual, with strong customer service and leadership skills. -Cabinet Design, Construction, CNC machining and Assembly experience a plus -Able to manage time and priorities to successfully keep production on schedule -Good written & verbal skills communicating with Customers, Vendors, and staff. -Knowledge of Frameless Cabinet Construction and panel processing a plus -AutoCAD, Cabinet Vision (version 24 or 25), and CAD/CAM Software -Able to Multi-task, working on several projects at the same time -Hands on experience with lean manufacturing is a definite plus! -Knowledge of Plastic Laminate & Related materials is a plus -Microsoft Office; Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word -BiesseWorks CNC programing software -Proficientcy in cnc g-code programing For consideration & more info send your resume (in Word.doc): Brian Jackson, VP Global Woodwork & Fixture Industry Recruiters #WJ123
