Role: Category: IT Security UG: Any Graduate PG: Any Postgraduate Shift: 6 PM - 2 AM IST MongoDB is seeking an Engineer III in the HR Tech team who will serve as a key technical resource for our HR systems landscape, with a primary focus on integrating SAP SuccessFactors with third-party applications using middleware.
This role will partner closely with HR, IT, security, and business stakeholders to design, build, enhance, and support scalable, secure, and reliable integrations that improve employee and business processes. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of HR technology, system integrations, and SuccessFactors, and is comfortable translating business requirements into technical solutions that are scalable, supportable, and business-impacting.
