With a starting salary of £55,166.49 per annum, Baxter Thetford are keen to speak with experienced Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineers who are looking for a meaningful new role within a fast-paced team. You will provide plant wide reactive and proactive maintenance and support new installations and engineering projects across site. You will work rotating shifts Monday – Sunday, 06:00-18:00/18:00-06:00 and will be eligible for overtime at premium rates of pay. We offer some fantastic benefits which are listed below; • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays • Employee discount scheme • Blue light card • Fantastic internal progression opportunities • Subsided canteen • Westfield healthcare • Up to 8% pension contribution • Employee assistance program • Training Offered: • IPAF / Working at height • ABB robotics • Fanuc robotics • Staubli robotics • Lobo Duties & Responsibilities • Carry out all planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment. • Raise corrective and reactive maintenance dockets on Maximo. • Assist and support queries to identify improvements to the stores system. • Review planned and preventative maintenance procedures and suggest improvements. • Advance issue's when necessary, in a timely manner. • Identify areas for improvement across site. • Deliver all activities at the standards required by GMP Experience & Education • HNC or equivalent in electrical and mechanical engineering • High degree of competency in electrical and mechanical fault finding, schematics wiring and circuitry • Experience with automation and robotics • Good level knowledge of electrical Safety, CCT and controllers • Good level Mechanical knowledge and overall engineering understanding in a highly regulated manufacturing environment • Working knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems • Work as part of a wider team but also show the ability to work independently Thank you for being so interested in Baxter, and we look forward to discussing this role with you! ind-ukops LI-BAXGEN LI-LR1 Equal Employment Opportunity Baxter is an equal opportunity employer.
