Missão do cargo: Executar serviços de enfermagem, a bordo de embarcações seguindo as premissas estabelecidas do PCMSO, atuando ainda, curativa e preventivamente. Deve garantir as condições de bem-estar e saúde do pessoal embarcado e atuar ativamente na multiplicação das normas de HSE. Responsabilidades e atribuições Atualizar-se continuamente sobre procedimentos da empresa, promovendo melhorias nas operações, bem-estar e segurança a bordo. Executar atividades conforme procedimentos, políticas e valores corporativos. Identificar, reportar e registrar condições ou processos inseguros nos sistemas da empresa. Garantir bem-estar e segurança nas operações, adotando medidas preventivas e corretivas. Atuar na saúde do efetivo embarcado conforme orientação médica, incluindo administração de medicamentos, monitoramento de sinais vitais e primeiros socorros. Manter cadastro ambulatorial atualizado. Controlar estoque e armazenamento de materiais e medicamentos. Fiscalizar alimentos e condições de higiene da embarcação. Realizar briefing de segurança em embarques iniciais ou para público externo à tripulação. Registrar e notificar acidentes e doenças em interface com equipe médica e cliente. Acionar e coordenar transporte emergencial, garantindo atendimento adequado. Possuir habilitação desejável para operações com helicópteros (pouso e decolagem). Integrar a equipe EMCIA, atuando conforme demanda da equipe de bordo. Executar atividades de apoio conforme orientação da liderança. Atuar também em paradas de manutenção e docagem. Gerenciar vencimento de ASOs, garantindo validade e agendamento de exames. Contribuir para cultura de HSEQ, assegurando conformidade com práticas e normas, incluindo: • reporte de eventos e observações de segurança; • registro de não conformidades; • comunicação de riscos e condições inseguras à liderança. Contribuir para cultura ética, garantindo aderência ao Código de Conduta. What experience would we like you to have?
