Quick Facts • Location: Pueblo, CO (400 West 16th Street, Colorado, US) • Start Date: Immediate or upon acceptance • End Date/Duration: Ongoing • Shift: Clinic hours; typical outpatient schedule • Hours/week: Full-time (40+ hours/week) • Employment Type: Permanent • License/Certs: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine • Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred Pay & Benefits • Pay package discussed upon application • Annual salary range: $265,000 $300,000 • Additional compensation: Potential productivity/quality bonuses • Relocation assistance: Available for eligible candidates • Benefits include: Medical, vision, dental, life insurance, disability, CME allowance, paid malpractice, retirement plan options What You ll Do • Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine care for adult patients • Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia • Conduct preventive health assessments and screenings • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes • Utilize EMR (EPIC) for documentation and patient management • Participate in quality improvement initiatives • Engage in community health promotion and education What You Need Required: • Medical license valid in Colorado • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine • Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience • Strong interpersonal and communication skills Preferred: • Experience in outpatient primary care • Ability to work collaboratively within a team • Interest in community health About the Assignment Join a well-established outpatient family medicine practice in Pueblo, Colorado, a thriving community nestled near the Rocky Mountains.
