This is a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fully outpatient setting across multiple convenient locations, with the flexibility to work in areas such as Poughkeepsie, Fishkill, or Beacon. As an integral member of the endocrine team, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad spectrum of hormonal and metabolic disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, and adrenal and pituitary conditions. You will collaborate closely with primary care providers, specialists, and advanced practice providers to ensure comprehensive, coordinated patient care. This role offers autonomy in a supportive environment, with responsibilities including interpreting diagnostic studies, developing individualized treatment plans, and participating in clinical quality initiatives. Supervision of nurse practitioners and physician assistants, as applicable, is also expected. Requirements: • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism. • Active, unrestricted New York State medical license or eligibility. • Current DEA registration. • Proven commitment to clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and ongoing learning. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in electronic medical record systems preferred.
