Employment Litigation Attorney Location: Atlanta, GA (Office-Based) Salary: $140,000 - $180,000+ DOE, plus performance bonus A well-established plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking an ambitious Employment Litigation Attorney with 2-12 years of civil litigation experience to join its growing team. This position offers the opportunity to handle meaningful employment law matters on behalf of individuals whose workplace rights have been violated, while working closely with experienced litigators in a supportive environment. This role would suit an attorney with plaintiff-side employment litigation experience or a defense attorney looking to transition into representing employees. Key Responsibilities Manage employment litigation matters from intake through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal memoranda Conduct legal research and develop case strategies Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts Participate in mediations, settlement conferences, hearings, and trials Prepare cases for trial, including witness and exhibit preparation Build strong client relationships through regular communication and guidance Advocate effectively on behalf of employees in employment-related disputes Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active Georgia Bar membership in good standing 2-12 years of litigation experience Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills Excellent advocacy and courtroom presentation abilities Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines consistently Preferred Experience Employment litigation experience Trial or evidentiary hearing experience Experience handling matters involving employers, insurance carriers, or government entities Strong negotiation and settlement skills Client-focused and results-driven approach Highly organized, self-motivated, and collaborative working style Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary of $140,000-$180,000+ depending on experience Generous performance-based bonus structure Comprehensive health benefits Paid time off and holidays Ongoing mentorship and professional development opportunities If you are an ambitious litigator seeking greater responsibility, meaningful client work, and long-term career growth, we encourage you to apply.
