Employer Funding and Risk Lead needed in Trowbridge This is a permanent role and the salary is £57,665.00 The reference number is: 5300565 The successful candidate will lead on complex employer funding and risk matters, providing expert guidance on actuarial issues, covenant assessments and long‑term sustainability. They will oversee employer admissions, mergers, reorganisations, cessations and TUPE‑related pension activity, ensuring employers can navigate an increasingly intricate regulatory and financial environment. They will monitor employer compliance and performance, support valuation processes, shape funding and risk policies, and work closely with actuaries and senior stakeholders to deliver practical, evidence‑based solutions. With strong analytical skills and the confidence to influence decision‑makers, the successful candidate will play a key role in protecting member benefits and strengthening the Fund’s future resilience.
