We’re looking for a creative, people-focused, and hands-on Employee Experience Lead to join our Israel site team and play a key role in shaping a workplace where employees feel connected, inspired, and empowered to do their best work. In this role, you’ll lead meaningful initiatives, build memorable experiences, and help foster a culture that makes Payoneer an exceptional place to work. What you'll do: Events & Employee Engagement: Plan and execute company events, including kickoffs, happy hours, holiday celebrations, and milestone occasions Lead departmental event coordination, including hackathons, recruitment events, and team-building activities Manage all event logistics: vendor selection, catering, setup, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up Design, launch, and lead local social impact initiatives, community volunteering events, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities Operations, Budget & Vendors   Manage the annual employee experience budget and track all expenses Negotiate contracts with vendors and maintain strong supplier relationships Identify ongoing opportunities to improve employee services and the day-to-day workplace experience Who you are: 5+ years of experience in employee experience, HR operations, event management, or a related field  Proven track record of independently managing events from concept through execution Experience owning and managing budgets across multiple vendors Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) Native or fluent Hebrew Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives in parallel Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels, gather honest feedback, and influence without authority Demonstrated problem-solving ability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)   #LI-AG2 The Payoneer Ways of Working   Act as our customer’s partner on the inside Learning what they need and creating what will help them go further.   Do it.
