Description
New Specialty and Emergency Hospital Opening October 2026   Dogwood Veterinary Specialty and Emergency – Dunwoody, Georgia   4500 N Shallowford Rd, Dunwoody, GA 30338   Help Build the Future of Emergency Medicine in Atlanta   Dogwood Veterinary Specialty and Emergency is growing.  Following the success of our flagship specialty and emergency hospital in Marietta, Georgia, we are preparing to open our newest location in Dunwoody in October 2026. We are building a founding Emergency Nursing Team of skilled Veterinary Technicians, Licensed Veterinary Technicians (LVTs), Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVTs), Certified Veterinary Technicians (CVTs), and experienced Veterinary Assistants who are passionate about emergency medicine, advanced patient care, and making a meaningful impact during critical moments.  Selected team members will begin onboarding and specialty training at our established Marietta hospital beginning September 2026, providing the opportunity to learn alongside experienced emergency clinicians, specialists, and advanced nursing teams before transitioning into our brand-new Dunwoody facility.  This Is More Than an Emergency Technician Position   This is an opportunity to help build something exceptional from day one.  As a founding member of our Emergency Team, you will have a voice in shaping workflows, supporting hospital culture, and establishing the standard of patient care for our newest location.  At Dogwood, technicians are not simply assistants to the medical team — they are essential clinical partners. We believe experienced veterinary professionals deserve the opportunity to practice advanced medicine, continue developing their skills, and grow within a hospital that values their knowledge and expertise.
