Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machinist to join our Client based in Coalville. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining a Barudan Multi-Head embroidery machine to produce high-quality Garments. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in Embroidery looking to utilise their technical skills in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities • Operate a range of machining tools and equipment with precision to produce specified components • Work orders to ensure accurate production • Maintain and calibrate machinery regularly to ensure optimal performance and safety standards • Conduct quality checks on finished products, identifying and addressing any defects or inconsistencies • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines whilst maintaining high standards of quality • Keep the work area clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations • Assist with inventory management by tracking materials used and replenishing supplies as needed Experience • Previous experience in manufacturing and a Barudan machinery environment is preferred • Familiarity with sewing or textile-related machinery is advantageous but not essential • Ability to read technical diagrams and operate machinery safely and efficiently • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team This role provides an engaging opportunity for motivated individuals seeking to expand their technical skills within a supportive manufacturing environment.
