Are you a highly skilled Embedded Software Developer with a deep technical background and over 10 years of relevant experience? Join our team as a Senior Embedded Software Development Engineer, where you'll lead functional development across critical automotive domains. In this role, you’ll apply your expertise to shape early development cycles and influence system engineering, technical roadmaps, and strategies across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities: Perform end-to-end functional development: from requirement breakdown and software design to implementation, testing, and verification. Specialize in a technical domain such as Vehicle, HMI, Combustion, Engine After-treatment, Electromobility, Powertrain Control, Control Theory, Mechatronics, or Diagnostics. Lead system engineering initiatives within technical teams, ensuring quality and readiness before release. Drive integration and collaboration, networking across teams and sites to influence project direction. Take ownership of early-stage development phases, contributing to technical roadmaps and strategic planning. Mentor and support team members, acting as a recognized subject matter expert and coach. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience in embedded software applications, with expertise in system engineering and functional development. Proven project leadership skills with a strong T-shaped profile, offering both depth in a technical area and a mature generalist skill set. Skilled in stakeholder communication, with a track record of contributing to project roadmaps and industry-aligned strategies. Demonstrated ability to link technical work to broader business and technical objectives. Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a focus on knowledge-sharing and team development.
