Become part of a team that supports some of Western Australia's largest resource operations. Lock in a normal body clock with a strict day-shift roster. Say goodbye to shift changes and get your full R&R back. This is more than just another FIFO role—it's an opportunity to build a long-term career with a global organisation while helping create a "home away from home" for thousands of remote residents.
Why Join Sodexo?

• Industry-Leading Support: Fully paid flights, with all accommodation, meals, uniforms, and PPE provided while on site.
• Competitive Remuneration: Attractive base rate plus public holiday penalties, overtime opportunities, tool, and on-call allowances.
• Career Growth: Genuine opportunities to move into leadership, specialist maintenance, or planning roles through internal progression and cross-training.
Step into a hands-on Facilities Maintenance role across the Pilbara. Servicing remote mine sites, villages, and townships, every day is different. Your work will include:

• Supporting operational continuity across diverse domestic and commercial assets.
• Participating in a small on-call roster component.
• Australian Electrician Trade Cert & WA 'A' Grade Electrical Workers License.
• Tickets: White Card, WAH, First Aid, and LVR/CPR certificates.
• Current WA Driver’s License.
• Proven experience in facilities maintenance across domestic, commercial, or mining sectors.
• Australian Citizenship or full Australian working rights.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug/alcohol screening) and provide a National Police Check (issued within 6 months).
