Our projects range in value from £5k to £15m, taking the role of Principal Contractor and Principal Designer on various schemes, and supporting our valued Tier 1 contractor clients in a subcontractor and off-site manufacturing capacity. Role Purpose This role will involve working as a team of electricians working on a number of industrial and water industry programmes of work. Work will be completed in and around the South West London and Surrey / surrounding regions for SES Water. The Role Permanent role, contracted to 40hrs per week on site hours, Monday to Friday. Paid hourly, with overtime paid. You will be paid your travel time door to door, on top of your contracted and overtime hours. To be responsible for completing electrical installations in accordance with BS7671 and Bridges Electrical Safety Rules and Essential Standards Ensure that all Health and Safety legislation and regulations are adhered to Ensure that all items are installed to the highest standards, in compliance with the project’s quality plan and inspection and test plans To follow and actively promote the STAR dynamic risk assessment and to be empowered to stop work should unsafe circumstances arise To coach and mentor Electrical Improvers and Apprentices Promote and demonstrate the Bridges’ values when dealing with peers, staff, customers and clients Promote positive health and wellbeing amongst their peers To act in a professional manner and be an ambassador for Bridges, supporting the business goals and maintaining the company’s positive reputation
