Synergy Companies is a full service Energy and environmental management contractor specializing in residential and small commercial energy upgrade products and services. Responsibilities: • Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures • Install various types of conductors • Weatherheads • Install conduit PVC and EMT • Home run circuits / Termination and breaker Qualification: • Experience in retrofitting • Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills • 1-2 years in field residential electrical experience Benefits: • 401k after 1 year of employment 50% match • Medical insurance at no cost for the employee • Vision insurance • Dental insurance • Vacation 40 hr. per year eligible after 1 year of employment • Paid sick time
