Responsibilities: Supervise electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities for railways projects. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of electrical works. Plan and schedule work assignments for the team. Supervise and provide technical guidance to electrical technicians and contractors. Review and approve electrical designs and plans. Monitor and analyze electrical system performance to identify areas for improvement. Carry out inspections and testing to ensure proper functioning of electrical systems. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues and failures. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on electrical activities and repairs. Requirements Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment used in railway systems. Experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
