Joining our dynamic "Maintenance Fly team", you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth and secure functioning of our electrical installations across various locations, supporting our comprehensive asset portfolio. Your main areas of responsibility will include: Replacing Electrical Supervisors during their absence and supervise electrical teams. Troubleshooting and maintaining electrical equipment as per vendor specifications. Mentoring and transferring skills to trainees, ensuring knowledge sharing and best practices. Providing technical leadership and analyzing day-to-day operational issues. Preparing, organizing, and executing major maintenance activities. Supporting the development of maintenance and reliability strategies. Reviewing procedures for critical electrical equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation. Collaborating with engineering to integrate reliability and maintainability best practices into new designs. Participating in HAZOP/HAZID studies as required. Ensuring compliance with Assala Energy’s HSSE Management Standards in all production operations. Promoting proactive HSSE behaviors and process safety management. Driving ESG awareness and leading initiatives to meet company objectives regarding environmental impact. Conducting studies and projects to optimize operational costs and enhance equipment reliability. Monitoring process and equipment performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implement changes.
