To Apply for this Job Click Here Electrical Maintenance Engineer – £50,000 – Fenchurch Street Location: Fenchurch Street, City of London Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a respected and well-established building services provider. Based at a prestigious commercial office building near Fenchurch Street , this is an excellent opportunity to secure a £50,000 salary, enjoy plenty of overtime, and build a long-term career with a company that genuinely invests in its employees. Key Responsibilities • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the site • Perform electrical maintenance including lighting, wiring, testing, fire alarms, BMS, and emergency lighting systems • Fault-find and repair AHUs, FCUs, UPS systems, generators, and LV electrical systems • Maintain HVAC plant, pumps, and associated building services equipment • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with current regulations Requirements • City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical qualification (or equivalent) • City & Guilds 18th Edition • City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection • Minimum of 3 years’ experience within the building services or commercial maintenance sector • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC plant, and commercial building services • Excellent fault-finding abilities with a proactive and professional approach What’s On Offer • £50,000 basic salary • Plenty of overtime available • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays • Company pension scheme and healthcare • Industry-leading training and ongoing development • Clear career progression opportunities • Supportive, friendly team environment with excellent staff retention If you’re an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking to join a company that values its employees and offers genuine career progression, we’d love to hear from you.
