Electrical Installation Course Leader / Tutor Swadlincote | Full-Time (37 hours) | Permanent | Part-Time Considered Salary: Up to £36,590 per annum (pro rata for part-time) I'm currently working with an outstanding Further Education college in Derbyshire that is looking to appoint an Electrical Installation Course Leader to join its growing Construction Academy. This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Electrical Installation Lecturer or a qualified electrician looking to move into education. The college is committed to investing in industry professionals making the transition into teaching and offers a comprehensive package of support and development. What's on Offer? Salary up to £36,590 per annum £4,500 Golden Hello paid over 3 years Bursary of up to £1,800 per year (qualification dependent) Fully funded teaching and assessor qualifications, including: Level 3-5 Education & Training TAQA Assessor Qualification TAQA Internal Quality Assurance Qualification HNC Construction / Civil Engineering The Role You will deliver high-quality Electrical Installation training within a modern Construction Academy and Green Skills Centre, helping learners develop the practical and technical skills required for employment within the electrical industry. The role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons, supporting learner progress, and contributing to the continued development of the electrical curriculum.
