Environmental Air Systems, a full-service mechanical contractor, is seeking skilled Electrical Helpers with industrial experience to join our manufacturing shop in High Point, North Carolina . This role involves installing fire alarm and telecom wiring in industrial-scale air handling units and bending pipe . Benefits: • Weekly Pay • Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance • 401(k) with generous company match • Free Basic Life Insurance • Short & Long-Term Disability Schedule:  6:00am-4:30pm with OT as necessary Location:  250 Swathmore Ave, High Point 27263 Responsibilities: • Bend and install conduit (EMT) with minimal supervision • Install fire alarm and telecom wiring and components • Pull and terminate wiring to electrical devices • Read and comprehend shop drawings and schematics • Comprehend NEC codes • Test electrical components for proper functionality Education Requirements: • Reading and speaking proficiency in either English or Spanish required. • High School Diploma or GED, or related experience in electrical services Job Requirements/Special Skills: • Ability to speak and read either English or Spanish • Knowledge of fire alarm and telecom installation • Previous experience bending and installing conduit • Strong verbal communication skills • Knowledge of shop drawings and schematics • Ability to lift 50 lbs • Ability to step over and work on top of fixtures that are 28 inches off the floor • Ability to work in conditions of varying heat and cold where noise levels are at or above 90 decibels
