As an Electrical Engineer , you’ll play a critical role in designing, installing, and maintaining the electrical systems that keep our advanced manufacturing facilities running efficiently and safely. What You’ll Do:
• Design and implement cutting-edge electrical distribution and control systems for manufacturing equipment.
• Collaborate across divisions to support engineering and controls initiatives that drive company-wide success.
• Ensure all systems meet NFPA and NEC code requirements —safety and precision are top priorities.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex systems using industry-standard tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Inspect and assess systems to prevent hazards, ensure compliance, and optimize performance.
• Develop and execute detailed wiring layouts and installation plans in line with technical specs and safety standards.
• Proactively recommend improvements and lead strategic upgrades to electrical systems.
• Spearhead new equipment purchases, installations, and team training to ensure seamless transitions and performance gains.
• Drive efficiency, quality, and reliability by applying innovative electrical solutions in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Skilled at reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and industrial equipment
• Proven experience in manufacturing environments
• Computer-savvy with MS Office ; CAD and design software (e.g., AutoCAD ) is a strong plus
• Familiar with PLCs, HMI systems , and automation tools
• Excellent planning and project management abilities—can prioritize months in advance
• Driven and self-directed , always seeking opportunities to learn and grow
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong mechanical intuition
