Job Description Summary : The Electrical Apprentice plays a vital role in supporting the installation of electrical systems and conduit for building projects. Working under the guidance of experienced electricians, this position involves assisting with wiring, interpreting blueprints, and performing routine and semi-complex tasks to ensure safe and efficient electrical installations. This hands-on role is designed for individuals eager to learn and grow in the electrical trade while contributing to high-quality workmanship and project success. Accountabilities: • Assist in reading and interpreting blueprints under supervision. • Support installation of conduit, electrical boxes, fixtures, and enclosures. • Pull wire through conduit and assist with ground connections. • Help install receptacles, switches, and basic wiring configurations. • Participate in insulation resistance, continuity, and point-to-point checks. • Stock and organize electrical wire carts and materials. • Observe and assist with operational checks and quality assurance tasks. • Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety protocols. • Follow instructions from journeymen, crew leaders, and supervisors. • Perform other duties as assigned to support the electrical team. • Report hazards, near misses, and unsafe conditions promptly.
