About the Role: We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Electrical and Automation Supervisor to lead electrical maintenance and automation activities at our manufacturing facility in Vietnam. This role is critical in ensuring the safe, stable, and reliable operation of production equipment and utility systems during commissioning, ramp-up, and ongoing operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in maximizing equipment uptime, supporting process stability, and maintaining consistent product quality in a process-driven manufacturing environment Role Responsibilities: Supervise daily electrical maintenance and automation activities for production equipment and facility systems. Ensure timely troubleshooting and corrective actions to minimize production downtime and optimize equipment performance. Develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) programs, standards, and guidelines to improve equipment reliability. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for recurring equipment issues. Lead equipment improvement initiatives to enhance safety, productivity, and operational reliability. Support the installation, testing, commissioning, and ramp-up of new machinery and production systems. Oversee the maintenance and reliable operation of utilities and facility systems, including power supply, compressed air, cooling systems, wastewater treatment systems, fire protection, and fire alarm systems. Lead, coach, and supervise maintenance technicians, assigning priorities and monitoring work completion. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to support operational goals and process stability. What you'll need: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical discipline. 5–8 years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment. Experience in process-driven industries such as plastics, polymers, foam manufacturing, or similar sectors is preferred. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, automation systems, high-pressure equipment, TCU, and HPU systems. Hands-on experience with PLC, HMI, Siemens automation software, and SCADA systems. Proven experience in preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and reliability improvement. Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving capabilities. Experience supporting equipment installation, commissioning, and production ramp-up activities is highly desirable.
