At OpenSesame, the Exclusive Content team works with publishers, subject matter experts, and internal staff to bring courses to life in our catalog. The courses OpenSesame offers trains millions of workers around the world every year, in dozens of languages. Our impact on them and their companies depends on our work. We use human-driven AI processes to work more efficiently and to produce excellent training content while ensuring quality through human guidance and review. We collaborate with global publishers bringing thousands of courses to our catalog. No two projects are exactly alike, making this a collaborative team where you'll have the opportunity to solve problems, improve workflows, and shape how AI and human expertise work together to expand access to impactful workplace learning.
About the Job
We are seeking an eLearning Production Specialist who works with the Exclusive Content Team to publish courses using OpenSesame’s eLearning authoring tool, Simon. You will support the production of courses at every stage using tools like Google Sheets, Docs and Drive, 3rd party web services, AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude, our Simon authoring platform, Slack, and Asana. In this role, you’ll apply your keen attention to detail by creating spreadsheets, organizing files and assets across projects and teams, working on multiple projects with different workflows, and always looking for ways to improve our processes. You’ll also partner with publishers by providing training to empower their course creation. We’re a small and flexible team, so your ability to jump on copy-editing tasks, review videos and courses for quality, and write course content, including course descriptions and learning objectives, is highly valued. You’ll work collaboratively with other teams at OpenSesame.
