EHS Manager Manufacturing / Installation business Based in North County Dublin (Commutable from Louth, Meath & Dublin) Circa €70k (negotiable DOE) plus benefits package incl. 7% Pension Job Overview Delighted to partner with this leading Irish & UK business who are recruiting for a motivated Health, Safety and Environmental Manager. This position will involve supporting the HSE division and wider business based in North County Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to build on your career, by becoming an integral part of our Health Safety & Environmental team. Responsibilities: • Developing, implementing, maintaining and managing robust health, safety and environmental management systems (to ISO 14001 and 45001 standards) across areas that includes the Manufacturing plant, Construction projects and local support offices. • Coaching, mentoring and supporting individuals both within and outside the HSE function. • Collaborate with internal teams supporting bids, preconstruction and quality from an HSE perspective • Driving quality incident investigations detailing root causes and corrective actions. • Reporting on key HSE metrics and trends. • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Qualifications: • Qualification in Occupational Safety & Health – NEBOSH Health and Safety Certificate General and/or Construction. • Recent experience of working in HSE role at a similar level and the ability to drive change through understanding people (culture change). • Experience of completing health, safety and environmental audits to ISO 14001 and 45001 standards. • Self-motivated and resilient with an ability to prioritise work to ensure tasks are completed within time constraints. • “Train the trainer” course (Preferred) • Member of IOSH (Preferred) • Membership with IEMA (Preferred) • Valid driving license Vacancy Reference: PR/029374 Vacancy Owner: Jamie Harper | [email protected] | (+353) 1270 8843 | (+44) 7525277330
