We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed EFL teacher to join our team for the coming school year (September 2026 – June 2027, renewable by mutual agreement). Ermua is a safe and welcoming town located between Bilbao and San Sebastián, with excellent transport connections. You will be joining a supportive and professional team in a well-established school with motivated students and small class sizes. Qualifications The successful candidate should have: A university degree Trinity CertTESOL , CELTA or TEFL qualification At least 1 year’s experience teaching General English to children, teenagers and adults Experience preparing students for Cambridge English exams (desirable) Strong classroom management skills A proactive, responsible and positive attitude Please note: Only candidates with a valid work permit for Spain will be considered. Conditions Teaching children, teenagers and adults (all levels) Average teaching load: 25 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Most classes take place in the afternoon/evening (some mornings possible) Class size: maximum 12 students Contract: September to June (renewable by mutual agreement) We are a well-established language school located in Ermua, in the heart of the Basque Country, offering a supportive working environment and motivated students. Salary & Benefits Salary: 1,456,50 € gross per month.
