Starting in April 2027 in Yachiyo, Japan, as our Global Procurement & Supply Chain Graduate, you’ll have the power to participate in a structured 2-year rotational programme that exposes you to various aspects of Procurement & Supply Chain activities. You’ll also engage in real-world projects, collaborating closely with experienced professionals and cross-functional teams. You will support projects that shape the future of the organisation and collaborate with global teams to better serve our customers and much more. There’s power in ownership. You can’t thrive without being: • A recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or a current graduate on track to graduate in 2027 e.g. Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Transportation Management, Operations Management, Automation, Industrial Engineering or similar. • Globally mobile as you will take part in a 6-month international placement. • Fluent in spoken and written English and Japanese. • Authorised to work for any employer in Japan. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa. • You don’t need to tick every box to be suitable – a willingness to learn goes a long way.
