At Servisource , we're recruiting dedicated and compassionate individuals to support students with disabilities on a one-to-one basis on campus. These meaningful roles provide the opportunity to directly empower students to reach their academic potential. Role Overview: One-to-One Student Support You will work directly with a student on campus, helping them navigate academic and campus life. Your role will focus on: Providing tailored, one-to-one academic and practical support Encouraging independence and social integration Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within higher education Supporting emotional well-being in a respectful and inclusive manner • Full Training given What We’re Looking For: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the student’s changing needs A Level 7/8 degree (or equivalent) in any field , or a Level 5/6 qualification in Healthcare or Nursing Studies Hours: typically 25–30 hours per week, aligned with the student's timetable Alternative Role: Note Taking Support Prefer fewer hours? You may be interested in our Note Taking Support Role , which involves: Attending lectures Taking clear, comprehensive notes Sending typed notes to the student after each session Requirements: A completed degree in any field and have strong written communication skills. Schedules are agreed in advance. Key Details: Start Date: September 2026 - during academic year only Location: Limerick City (roles also available nationwide) Eligibility: Applicants must have the right to work in Ireland or valid work visa.
