Job Descriptions 1 Provide sales consultations to first-time customers on their needs and interest, and develop a suitable study plan during the consultation 2 Pitch the most suitable program and showcase comprehensive up selling action to our products 3 Creating sales management and student database 4 Build strong rapport and trust with customers and maintain good relationships to ensure their willingness to retain and collect potential numbers of referrals Requirements 1 Minimum 1-year experience in sales, or direct selling B2C 2 Excellent interpersonal communication and promotion skills 3 Service mindset: treating each customer the way you want to be treated 4 Sales ability: delivering effective sales pitch & closing deals 5 Excellent service , can do attitude and ability to work as a team 6 A results-driven person 7 Willing to work in shift 8 Ability to work on weekends (the off-days will be between Mon. to Fri.) 9 Sales or education industry experience is a plus
