GreatFind Recruitment is working with a specialist technology provider supporting schools across the UK.
West of England - Hybrid working Up to £50,000 plus £10,000 performance bonus
We are seeking an experienced Education Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of existing school and academy clients. This is a consultative, relationship led role focused on developing existing accounts, identifying new project opportunities and increasing spend across a range of technology and managed service solutions.
You will work closely with senior school stakeholders, including IT leaders, Bursars and Business Managers, helping them to understand and plan for their technology requirements.
Key responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of existing education clients Identify opportunities for IT projects, managed services and wider technology solutions Build strong relationships with school leaders and IT decision makers Attend regular client meetings and onsite visits Create proposals and work with technical teams to scope solutions Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and account plans Work to agreed sales targets and account growth objectives
About you
Proven account management or technical sales experience Experience selling IT services or technology solutions into schools, academies or MATs is essential Strong understanding of managed services, cloud, infrastructure or education technology Comfortable managing senior client relationships and travelling to customer sites Full UK driving licence and access to a car required
This role is home based, with one required office day per week in the West of England , alongside regular client travel.
