Hartley People Recruitment on behalf of our Client in the Education Solutions sector are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Education Account Executive to accelerate revenue growth across our education products. This is a sales-first role focused on lead conversion, outbound prospecting, and closing opportunities with parents, students, and schools. You will play a key role in scaling our Schools Partnership Programme while delivering a strong customer experience. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth • Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification to close • Convert inbound leads and proactively prospect new customers and schools • Follow up on all warm leads, including free app users, to drive paid conversions • Pitch products confidently via phone and online, handling objections effectively • Identify, develop, and close partnership opportunities with schools • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets Pipeline & Account Management • Manage and prioritise a high-volume sales pipeline • Track all activity, deals, and forecasts accurately in the CRM • Drive renewals, upgrades, and repeat purchases • Maximise lifetime value through upselling and cross-selling Product & Market Knowledge • Develop strong product expertise to position value clearly • Understand education market needs and competitor offerings • Use customer insights to refine sales messaging and strategy Collaboration & Performance • Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion rates • Share performance data and market feedback with management • Contribute to improving sales processes and outreach strategies Working Hours • No holidays typically permitted in August, September, or October (peak sales period) • Flexible shifts available (2 shift cycle between 9am – 8pm Monday to Sunday) • Hybrid option (1 day from home) Ideal Candidate Essential • Proven sales mindset with a strong closing instinct • Confident phone-based and consultative selling skills • Comfortable working to targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn digital platforms and CRM tools Desirable • Experience in education, SaaS, or subscription-based sales • Outbound sales or account management experience Personal Attributes • Highly motivated, resilient, and results-oriented • Competitive but customer-focused • Organised, proactive, and accountable for performance For immediate consideration contact Padraig on 051878813 or email your cv to [email protected] Hartley People Recruitment works to the highest ethical standards within our industry, and we value the trust you place in us when you send your CV.
