Key Responsibilities: • Review, revise, and improve manuscripts, articles, and various written materials for grammar, structure, and clarity. • Collaborate with AI teams to train and assess AI models on editorial best practices and standards. • Evaluate AI-generated content, offering detailed feedback and recommendations for improvement. • Plan and manage editorial workflows, ensuring smooth transitions from drafts to publication-ready materials. • Assess proposals and drafts for publication suitability, suggesting structural or stylistic changes as necessary. • Document editing processes and contribute to developing editorial guidelines for AI training purposes. • Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment on editorial expectations and quality standards. Qualifications: • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail. • Demonstrated expertise in editing, grammar, and content structuring across various formats. • Experience revising and evaluating manuscripts or articles for publication or digital platforms. • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote work setting. • A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with AI writing tools or a strong interest in advancing AI-driven editorial workflows. • Commitment to maintaining high editorial standards and a dedication to continuous learning.
