eDiscovery Program Manager Employment Type: Full-Time, Executive-Level Department: Legal      CGS is seeking a dedicated eDiscovery Program Manager to join a fast-paced and hard-working team to assist with any legal accounts. Here at CGS, we offer an environment in which our employees feel supported, and we encourage professional growth through various learning opportunities.   Skills and attributes for success: The Contractor shall provide the following services to include but not limited to:  -         The Contractor shall provide Discovery Program contractor staff management support to include, but not limited to the following activities:  -         Contractor shall oversee all administrative logistical support for the contract to include, notifying the Government of schedule changes, work assignments and coverage, documenting daily tasks, and work location changes;  -         Contractor shall insure that daily time entry is recorded by all contract staff;  -         Contractor shall coordinate all administrative activities associated with the arrival of new contract staff with the appropriate FBI security, IT, and other administrative units;  -         Contractor shall mentor and assist new team members to perform daily tasks;  -         Contractor shall promptly and thoroughly address any performance or personnel issues that arise within the contracted staff;  -         Contractor shall manage client expectations and deliverables and clearly and timely communicate with clients; -         Contractor shall initiate process improvement initiatives;  -         Quotes shall facilitate communication, planning, recommendations, and resource management across internal and external stakeholders;  -         Contractor shall provide technical and eDiscovery subject matter expertise to support the full life cycle management of the resources assigned to the program and contract;  -         Contractor shall participate in teleconferences or meetings to review, educate, and support program objectives;  -         Contractor shall assist in managing the Legal Clerical mailbox and tasks;  -         Contractor shall develop and track clerical and IT project schedules, milestones, and deliverables;  -         Contractor shall assist with providing information sought by client that are relevant to support Change Requests and Contract Modifications;  -         Contractor shall oversee and monitor all scheduled system maintenances in accordance with established policies and procedures;  -         Contractor shall review system and application logs and related reports to verify completion of scheduled jobs such as backups;  -         Contractor shall review and report technical assessments to include required tasks, estimated time frames, and effort for any scope project;  -         Contractor shall oversee and monitor Veritas eDiscovery version 10 or industry recognized review platform processes;  -         Contractor shall oversee and monitor the system administration of Microsoft Exchange - 2019 and 2022;  -         Contractor shall oversee and monitor the administration and support of Microsoft Windows server 2016/2019/2022 in a large physical and virtual infrastructure;  -         Contractor shall oversee and monitor the performance of DNS, WINS, DHCP, and LDAP compliant directories;  -         Contractor sh
