Banana Moon Day Nursery in Croydon is seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner / Early Years Professional to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and education to children, supporting their learning and development in a nurturing environment. Plan and implement stimulating and age-appropriate activities to support children’s development. Observe, assess, and record children’s progress to inform planning. Provide a safe, caring, and inclusive environment that promotes children’s wellbeing. Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education. Engage with parents and carers to build strong partnerships and support children’s needs. Adhere to all safeguarding policies, health and safety regulations, and nursery procedures.y: £29,000 - £31,000 depending on experience
