Schedule: 20-30 hours per week Compensation: $100 Hourly + $2,000 Completion Bonus Future Opportunity: Potential for permanent employment following assignment About the Role: Positive Development is seeking an experienced Early Intervention Occupational Therapist to join our team on a temporary basis to support our growing pediatric services. This is an excellent opportunity for an OT who enjoys working with young children and their families while gaining experience in a collaborative, relationship-based clinical model. There is also the potential for this temporary position to transition into a permanent role based on business needs and mutual interest. Responsibilities: - Provide occupational therapy services to infants and toddlers in accordance with individualized treatment plans. - Partner with caregivers to support skill development within everyday routines and natural environments. - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including speech-language pathologists, mental health clinicians, and other professionals. - Complete timely documentation and maintain high-quality clinical records. - Participate in team meetings and clinical collaboration as appropriate. Qualifications: - Current Occupational Therapist license in California. - Experience providing occupational therapy services to infants and toddlers (birth to three years preferred). - Strong family-centered approach and excellent communication skills. - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team. - Early Intervention experience preferred but not required.
