This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the firm’s Early Careers strategy for its Investment Professionals population, overseeing the attraction, recruitment, onboarding and development of graduate, intern and Associate-level talent across Europe.
Working closely with senior stakeholders and reporting into the Investment Professionals HR Business Partner, you’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional candidate experience while building a diverse and high-quality talent pipeline across key locations across Europe.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment of Interns and Associates across multiple European offices.

About you:

• Highly organised with excellent project management capabilities.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• A proactive, relationship-driven approach and genuine passion for talent development.
• Experience using Workday would be advantageous.
• Interest in leveraging AI and technology to improve recruitment processes is highly desirable.
