• Apply structured assessment approaches to evaluate candidates fairly and consistently against role requirements.
• Deliver an inclusive and high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Represent the organisation at careers fairs, university events and external engagements to strengthen employer brand and visibility.
• Use data and recruitment insights to monitor pipeline health, improve conversion rates and inform hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with Talent Attraction colleagues to ensure seamless coordination of assessment processes and candidate flow.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Early Careers programmes, including EDI initiatives and process enhancements.
REQUIREMENTS

• Strong understanding of structured assessment and selection methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring programmes simultaneously with strong prioritisation skills.
• Confident communication skills with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders.
• Experience using recruitment systems, data and reporting to drive decision-making.
• Strong commitment to inclusive hiring practices and candidate experience excellence.
• Comfortable working in a changing, high-volume environment with seasonal peaks.
