Description
We’re looking for an Early Careers Recruitment Advisor to play a key role in attracting, assessing and developing future talent. This is an exciting opportunity for an early careers recruitment professional who enjoys combining candidate experience, data-driven recruitment and internship programme management.
What you’ll be doing
• Managing key stages of a high-volume graduate and early careers recruitment process.
• Enhancing candidate experience and improving recruitment outcomes through data and feedback analysis.
• Supporting and delivering assessment centres, interview processes and hiring decisions.
• Leading the recruitment, delivery and continual improvement of a summer internship programme.
• Building strong relationships with external recruitment technology and assessment partners.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop future talent pipelines and hiring strategies.
• Monitoring recruitment performance metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement.
About you
• 2-3 years’ experience in early careers recruitment, graduate hiring or internship programme management.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with experience using recruitment data to drive decisions.
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Passionate about candidate experience, diversity, inclusion and social mobility.
• Proactive, self-motivated and keen to make a tangible impact.
