We are recruiting enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for exciting opportunities across Primary and Secondary schools throughout Bristol, with roles available from September 2026.

As an Early Career Teacher, you will:
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
• Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs.
• Develop your classroom management and teaching skills with the support of experienced school teams.
We are looking for candidates who:
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have successfully completed their teacher training and school placements.
• Are passionate about inspiring and motivating young people.
• Have excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Are committed to continuous professional development.
• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or are willing to apply for one.
