An established creative business is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join its London team.
This is a key role within the organisation, providing proactive support to the Director while taking ownership of the day-to-day operations that keep the business running smoothly. Based from the company's Richmond office, you'll act as the central point of coordination, helping ensure the team remains organised, efficient and supported across all areas of the business.
Working within a small and collaborative environment, this role will suit someone who enjoys being hands-on and takes pride in creating structure and efficiency. The business operates in a fast-moving industry where priorities can shift quickly, so you'll need to be comfortable adapting to changing requirements, managing multiple demands and keeping things moving with a calm and solutions-focused approach.
Ideally based in South West London or within easy commuting distance of Richmond, you'll have experience in an EA, operations, office management or coordination role, ideally within music, entertainment or the wider creative industries.
Key responsibilities include:
• Providing proactive executive support to the Director, including diary management, meetings and travel arrangements
• Supporting the wider team with scheduling, coordination and general administration
• Taking ownership of office operations and ensuring the smooth running of the working environment
• Managing relationships with suppliers, contractors and external partners
• Coordinating office facilities, maintenance, IT support and supplies
• Supporting HR administration including onboarding, holidays and team records
• Assisting with expenses, invoices and liaison with finance partners
• Welcoming visitors and providing general front-of-house support
• Coordinating taxis, couriers and other logistical requirements
• Providing wider operational support as required
About you:
• Experience in an EA, Office Manager, Operations or similar coordination role
• Experience within music, entertainment, media or a creative environment would be beneficial
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident managing diaries, administration and operational processes
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and handling confidential information
• Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable manner
• Proficient using Apple devices and Microsoft Office
• A genuine interest in the creative industries
This is an opportunity to join a successful creative business in a role that sits at the heart of the organisation, offering variety, responsibility and the chance to make a real impact within a close-knit team.
