€2800 • €4000 / Monthly rate Permanent Athens | Hybrid Our client is a company with ambitious online growth targets looking for an E-commerce Manager who can take full ownership of their digital sales operation and drive it forward. The role exists to bring strategic and commercial leadership to an online channel that is central to the business's growth plans. The Role You will oversee the company's online sales channels, from the website through to marketplace presence, developing digital marketing campaigns and working closely with IT and product teams to keep the customer experience sharp and conversion rates moving in the right direction. In your first six months, you will conduct a full audit of the existing e-commerce operation, identify the biggest opportunities for revenue growth and put a clear optimisation roadmap in place. You will be the person who treats the online store as a business in its own right. What You'll Bring • 4+ years of e-commerce management experience with a track record of driving online sales growth • Proven ability to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that deliver measurable commercial results • Strong analytical skills with experience using sales data to inform strategy and optimisation decisions • Experience collaborating with IT and product teams to improve website performance and user experience • Commercial mindset with a sharp focus on conversion, retention and revenue Nice to Have • Experience managing marketplace channels such as Amazon or equivalent • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento or WooCommerce • Background in paid digital marketing and SEO for e-commerce What's in it for You €2,800 – €4,000 Gross / Month depending on experience and technical background.
