Work with the commercial and merchandising teams to align live streaming activities with broader brand strategies. Provide excellent customer service and support during live sessions, answering queries and sharing insights on each product. Ensure a smooth operation, maximizing sales directly from live sessions. Requirements Prior experience in hosting or live streaming on e-commerce platforms is a plus; however, we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. A passion for toy sets and play, with the ability to engage viewers and convey excitement. Strong communication and presentation skills tailored to virtual audience.
