Knowledge • Successful completion of the RSM Pathway preferred Skills • Maintains the highest standard of compliance, safety and cleanliness • Handles cash with the utmost care and aims to achieve 100% till accuracy at all times • Efficiently merchandises stock, ensuring correct rotation to minimise loss • Ensures all controls, policies, procedures and guidelines are followed • Accurately checks off store deliveries where required • Proactively identifies and reports incidents, hazards and near misses • Proactively identifies and recommends improvements to safety and security procedures • Ability to provide verbal feedback in the form of praise and constructive criticism Behaviours • Uses initiative to control, manage and continually improve the quality and efficiency of work • Communicates effectively with colleagues at all levels • Consistently acts professionally, fairly and responsibly when dealing with customers and staff • Demonstrates ability to handle a heavy workload and manages conflicting work demands appropriately • Acts as a role model for teamwork and actively promotes team spirit • Provides effective, polite, and courteous customer service If you are interested in applying for this role , you will need to receive endorsement from your Direct Leader.
