A hospitality businesses who are a go to destination for a fun & vibrant experience are looking for an energetic Duty Manager to join their team based in Central London at a busy, high-volume hospitality venue operating across multiple floors with a strong food and beverage offering. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads from the front, and understands how to deliver exceptional guest experiences while managing large teams and complex operations. As Duty Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the venue during service. You’ll oversee multiple departments and floors, support and motivate staff, maintain high operational standards, and ensure guests receive outstanding service throughout their visit. You’ll play a key role in managing busy trading periods, coordinating floor operations, handling customer escalations, and ensuring compliance with licensing, health & safety, and food hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations across multiple floors and service areas • Lead, supervise, and support front-of-house teams during service • Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently delivered • Manage staff breaks, rota coordination, and shift handovers • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally • Monitor alcohol service in line with licensing laws and company policies • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety • Support stock control, cash handling, and end-of-night procedures • Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow • Assist senior management in achieving sales and operational targets What We’re Looking For: • Previous experience in a Duty Manager or senior supervisory role within hospitality • Experience working in a high-volume venue serving food and alcohol • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to manage large teams and multi-floor operations • Confident decision-maker who performs well under pressure • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities • Knowledge of licensing regulations and health & safety standards • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and late nights The salary is paying up to £35,000 plus a quaterly bonus based bonus.
