Duty Manager Aberdeen FWC | Fitness & Wellbeing Club | Fixed Term until 1st of April 2026 | Full time £28,037.08 per annum Plus Commission 40 hours per week Nuffield Health is the UK’s largest Healthcare Charity. As a Duty Manager you will: • Be responsible for the smooth running of our club • Be responsible for opening and closing of the club • Oversee health and safety, and resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible • Motivate our customers to improve their health and fitness • Identify what people want from their gym membership and deliver the packages that suit their needs • Spend time in the local community, creating events and visiting businesses to raise awareness of everything we offer • Develop a sales-focused culture throughout our club • Inspire and encourage the team to work together to achieve our sales targets Helping you feel good.
