Responsibilities Deliver high-quality support to Dutch-speaking partners through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Address partner inquiries and efficiently resolve any service-related issues that arise. Guide partners on product features and assist them in maximizing their use of our services. Accurately document partner interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex partner issues and develop effective solutions. Engage in proactive follow-ups with partners to ensure their concerns are addressed and satisfaction is reached. Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and partner feedback to enhance our support services continually.
