Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and resolve issues efficiently. Manage customer complaints with a focus on finding effective solutions and ensuring satisfaction. Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a streamlined and positive customer experience. Engage in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and enhance service delivery skills. Proactively suggest improvements to processes to bolster customer satisfaction and service quality.
