Job Overview Mercier Consultancy Group is currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Dutch Speaking GenAI Content Moderator to join a dynamic, fast-growing team operating within the social media industry — fully remote from Greece. In this exciting Dutch-speaking job, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the safety, integrity, and quality of AI-generated content across major social media platforms used by millions of Dutch-speaking users worldwide. This Dutch Speaking GenAI Content Moderator position in Greece represents a rare opportunity to combine cutting-edge artificial intelligence work with meaningful impact in the digital social media landscape. Key Responsibilities Review, assess, and moderate AI-generated content published across social media platforms, ensuring full compliance with community guidelines, platform policies, and legal standards applicable to Dutch-speaking audiences. Evaluate the accuracy, tone, cultural relevance, and potential harmfulness of GenAI outputs within the social media environment, providing structured and actionable feedback to improve AI model performance. Identify and flag content that violates platform policies — including misinformation, hate speech, graphic material, and spam — escalating high-priority cases to senior trust and safety specialists as required. Contribute to the ongoing training and refinement of generative AI models by labelling datasets, annotating social media content samples, and participating in structured feedback sessions with the AI development team. Monitor emerging trends, viral content patterns, and evolving community standards within Dutch-language social media spaces to ensure moderation practices remain current and culturally sensitive. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including policy, legal, and product to support the rollout of updated content moderation frameworks and AI safety initiatives. Maintain detailed, accurate records of moderation decisions and escalation logs in accordance with internal quality assurance protocols and data governance requirements. Participate in regular team meetings, calibration sessions, and individual performance reviews to continuously enhance moderation consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across the social media platform. Requirements Native or fluent Dutch language proficiency — both spoken and written — is an absolute requirement for this role, as the position involves moderating Dutch-language content across social media platforms. Valid EU passport or EU work authorisation (mandatory). Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital content ecosystems, online community standards, and the evolving landscape of AI-generated content. Excellent analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and sound judgement when evaluating sensitive, complex, or ambiguous social media content scenarios. High level of digital literacy with the ability to quickly adapt to proprietary moderation tools, AI review platforms, and internal content management systems. Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) to collaborate effectively with international teams alongside native Dutch fluency. Proven ability to work independently and with focus in a fully remote environment, managing time efficiently while maintaining consistent quality standards.
